Our principals and staff

Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.

Welcome from our principals

Welcome to Kiama Public School, a place where every child is truly known, valued and cared for. Guided each day by our motto, “Let Your Deeds Shine”, we are proud to provide a nurturing and inspiring environment for all learners.

Nestled in the heart of the beautiful South Coast, our school is more than a centre of education,  it is a vibrant community where children are encouraged to grow with confidence, curiosity and kindness.

One of the highlights of our school is our garden, which features three thriving bee hives, chickens, and fruit and vegetable patches. This special space gives students the chance to connect with nature, take on responsibility, and experience the joy of working and learning together.

Beyond the classroom, our students have access to a wide variety of extracurricular activities that allow them to explore their interests, discover their strengths, and build lifelong friendships. Whether in learning programs, on the playground, or through enrichment opportunities, our focus is always on helping each child shine in their own unique way.

Our dedicated and passionate teachers bring learning to life by combining explicit instruction with play, inquiry, innovative technologies and real-world experiences. From nature play, creative arts and High Potential programs, students are both challenged and supported as they grow into confident and capable learners.

It is a privilege to lead such a caring, dynamic school. With the support of our wonderful staff, families and P&C, Kiama Public School continues to empower children to thrive today and be ready for tomorrow.
